eBay's live help is down for a week and they dont take phonecalls?!?

i waited on the phone for more then 3/4 of an hour when i tried to call them and their online live help has been down for more then a week... how much money are they making and what do they think of us as the people who bring them their money?

i emailed them more then a month ago. no more then one reply not answering my question, just copy and pasted things.

they are raising prices for store listiing not the regular insertion fees. Did you try to email them? Although it takes a bit they do get back to you.

Apparently not a lot as they are raising their prices again.
