Ask around for ancient toys or comics, look in papers like 'Loot' etc which can resell increasing from the original value, say it's for a younger brother or sister if you're embarassed and too old for toys...put them on Ebay

My children asked our neihbours if they could wash the cars at weekends, they get between £3 and £5 per car and do about 5 every Saturday.

Only thing I can think of is a newspaper route, and you may be too young for that. Talk to someone at your local newspaper office and see what they say.

ask your parents to set up an ebay account for you (you have to be aged 18 or over to hold an account {not that they check up})
sell old toys clothes etc
