Is there any software for LAN data sending and receiving and also in which i can send messages to other computers in my network.
The window has this ability but i don't like the way windows share and receive..
Give softwares that are spyware and virus free.

Usually data traffic generator tools are highly complicated and embedded systems that cost a lot of money. But there is a free simple tool with limited IP traffic generation capabilities. I hope it will do the job for you.
