Ok, You believe in God, so all the unbelievers spend much time telling you how wrong you are. Then the believers try to say how wrong the non believers are. The same can be said for sexual preferences.

And the same can be said for people who think you should match your socks to your blue jeans! lol.
From the biggest issues, like religion and sexual preferences, to the smallest, most trivial issues, like socks -- people are NOSY as heck. I think it's just human nature -- personal insecurity, but at the same time, the confidence that YOUR beliefs are the correct ones!

You are right, this conversation has been going on since the beginning of time and always will. What scares me is what would happen if say a group of fundementalist christians got in control of the government and started to do away with religious freedoms in favour of their view of christianity. This would take us back to a time when we killed our neighbour or kin to save their sole.

I'm concerned about what other people believe when their beliefs affect my life. For instance, a lot of Christian fundamentalist idiots think that "End Days" are near. Is it not conceiveable that these fools might somehow bring about apocalypse by way of self-fulfilling prophecy?
Especially if one of those fools is the President?!?!?!?!
Stupidity is EVERYONE'S concern.

they don't have lives of their own to worry about! If these were the biggest problems I'd ever had in my life I'd count my blessings. What I really don't understand is why anyone would care who anyone (especially celebrities) is sleeping with. I only care about who I'm having sex with.
