some say yes, some say no. I think they look like they've grown because your skin shrinks.

Actually nothing continues growing after you die. First of all, think about it: to grow, something needs to be producing more living cells. When you die, your cells can't reproduce because, well, they're dead. The "shrinking" that comes from skin shriveling makes fingernails and hair appear to grow.

No, but your skin shrinks back so that would make it look like the fingernails "grew"...

probably not considered that your dead therefore your body has so nothing in your dead body could make them grow.
