Yes I'm aware, and I don't feel any differently about it than I would if any other big corporation was running it.

I feel that you are very misinformed.

What interest would you think AT&T would have in running Y! answers, anyways?

Further...why the hell would it matter even if they DID?

Edit:

I can't believe some of you retards out there think that SBC and Yahoo are the same company because they partnered for DSL service. Mind-boggling how stupid some of you are.

I went to their web page and there is no mention of AT& T. It does talk about it patnering with SBC, Verizon, and other carriers. Just because AT&T bought Verizon, it does not mean it owns Yahoo. It is a partner arrangement.

OH, NO!!! So what? If they had left AT&T alone, then we wouldn't be stuck with the lousy service of Verizon! Oh, gee, AT&T is a monopoly, we have to get rid of it! So, what is Comcast or Verizon? Why is Yahoo being owned by AT&T such a horror?

Site your sources! What makes you think AT&T owns a publicly traded company like Yahoo!, or perhaps you think Yahoo Answers is a different company than Yahoo. Please back up your statement with some facts and figures or every one will know you are just blowing smoke and where from.

Yes, I'm aware since SBC owns Yahoo and AT&T and SBC merged.
I don't really care who owns it.
