The commander is my favorite...i had a crush when i was a kid! I just picked up the entire set of 48 episodes. I am absolutely loving the extras on the DVDs...Another series i would like to find on DVD is Fantastic Journey but that series only produced 9 episodes. please reflect on Space 1999...

I remember the show but not the names. I liked the professor in the first season. I think they killed him off between seasons:(
I just discover my library has the DVD!! but #1 is out. NExt week it should be back and I watch them al over again !!
And I thought we would have a moon base by now too!

Wasn't there a robot named Maximillian or some such nonsense? That was a long time ago, so I may be confusing it with some other show.

mya, myrna, myer, i'm not sure of the name she was the alien shape shifter with the long hair funky eyebrows. i loved her as a kid. i love this show but i haven't seen it in decades actually have it in my wish list on amazon!
