The best product in the world for cleaning up oil is Brake Cleaner. You can buy it at any parts store, get a couple of cans and go home and have a hey day!!! It will make the driveway look like new, just spray and watch it evaporate away. Then you can start using around the house. Works great for stains on carpet, and other hard to remove stains. This is a well kept secret amongst us auto tech people. It is also the worlds fastest bug killer.
Good Luck & Enjoy...

At the price of it right now, u might not wanna use it, but i gotta tell u it's the best oil eatin' thing in the country, it's gasoline, if u put gasoline on ur driveway mix it around with a broom or somethin and then spray it off i guarantee the driveway to be 80 to 90 percent oil free!

I have used the clay kitty litter for years and it works quite well. You simply pour a large amount on the spill and let it soak up the extra oil for a day or so. Then you shovel up the mess and pour more on the spill area and then grind it onto the cement until it all comes off and the litter makes the spill almost disappear with a whitewashing affect.

depend on how bad, sometimes powder clothing detergent works, if not they sell stuff at the auto stores like autozone or advanced auto that gets it out
cat litter soaks up the oil not cleans it, and the next thing will be to tell him to not park in the driveway
