Gravity isn't just a good idea, it's the law.
We're all gonna droop at some point. The biggest determining factor is going to be your size. Naturally, double D's will start sooner than an A or B cup. If you are big up top, diet can reduce your breast size some, so now might be a good time to start before the damage is done. Other than that, invest in good quality bras that are the correct size. Good Luck!!

Wear some type of support, even to sleep in. I'm almost 40,and I sleep with some type of sportsbra,or a cami w/ a built in bra in it.I recently lost alot of weight, and mine's not doing too bad all things considered, lol

I have heard you can delay it by always supporting them with a good bra, and wear a sports bra at night. Unfortunately, the sag is inevitable. The most we can hope for is to make it much later in life. :(

I would suggest that you keep yourself in shape and always wear a supportive bra. Gravity takes it's toll of course, but without the support of well fitted bra, matters get much worse. Also, keep exercising your chest muscles, that will keep them saluting the sky!! :)

at night, don't wear a bra to bed. wearing a bra 24/7 makes them droopy. make sure that your bras do have support to lift them. i heard this thing on oprah that 85% of women don't wear the right bra. it's possible you're one of them. so make sure you have the right kind and if you aren't sure ask someone next time you shop for them.

wear good bras that suupport your breasts properly and if you are exercising use sports bras and having children does not spoil your breasts ok cus i have one and my breasts are perfect ( i breastfed for 2months) in any case your breasts are going to sag but how much it sags depends on how you take care of them
