In spirit, probably Michael since he wants to be white.
But technically neither one. The word is derived from "Hungarian", which was shortened to "Hungy", and that became "Honky".

If you're only basing your judgement on skin color alone, then the answer would be Michael Jackson.
But the word "Honky" also implies a persons state of mind, their actions and lack of understanding of another race.

Hamilton was born white but MJ is much whiter now. So I guess Mikey is a honky!

If you are talking about their skin color then I would say George because his change of skin color is a choice but Michael's is due to the skin disease called Vitiligo and he can't do anything about it!
