I agree with PM Saniora, "The entire world must help us disarm Hezbollah." It will require worldwide cooperation to rein in terrorists no matter what they call themselves. The true question is will the World step up and do what is needed?

But even if the World steps up and does what is needed I don't believe I'd class it as WWIII. It's wouldn't be that hard to squelch terrorism IF people would cooperate.

Its nice to see someone aska question that matters. I can see what you are also inferring with your three facts and I completely agree. I think the whole world needs to wake up and get prepared for Iran to make its move, I feel it will be any unpredictable moment but who knows. We dont have all the information only the pieces we can find in news articles and on cnn. If Hezbollah and Iran make a joint attack or even continue on this path there will be another war involving more than just us and them, it will be what could be named a "world war". The 3rd one.

The conflict all started at the same time as the terrorist crew Hezbollah abducted 2 Israeli infantrymen. Israel merely needed them decrease back. Hezbollah isn't liberating the kind of deaths on their area so that you are able to't say for particular what number have died in this conflict. so some distance as what is going to ensue, Hezbollah hates Israel, so there'll be extra conflicts i'm particular. For the prompt there's a UN sanctioned quit hearth and so some distance as I have heard, each and each area are abiding.

Iran getting directly involved would be good news for the US, and would be doing exactly what the US wants.
The US would have justification to airstrike Iran and would do so without hesitation.
Iran would then send "foreign fighters" to Iraq and increase the IED's ten-fold. Right now they are only sending in anti tank mines that have destroyed and killed the crews of many Abrams.

I think Iran will step in. I also think that Russia and France will probably say that Iran stepping in is the fault of the US. They'll probably say that the US should have involved from the beginning.

And don't discount Iran's ability to involve itself based on American/Israeli military superiority. These people believe that they will charge into battle and angels will ride alongside of them. I don't think that they fear things like nuclear war or carpet bombing. Remember, these are the people who brought you things like hijacked planes and suicide bombings.

I don't think Iran would dare step in. If they did, that would certainly draw in the United States, who would absolutely demolish the Iranian military and destroy their nuclear facilities. (So on second thought, hopefully Iran does step in.)
