Ok, first, please don't tell her she is ugly! I understand that she is bugging you, but that could screw a girl up! When I was in high school, this guy that my best-friend liked told her that she was not very cute, but that I was and he wanted to ask me out. I swear that that messed with my friend for years! She once told me that it wasn't so much that he liked me, it was what he had said to her about her looks.
Okay, with that said, just avoid her as much as you can. If you can't avoid her and she is calling or coming up to you, just tell her NICELY that you're not interested!

I agree with CAR4423's answer...be honest with her. You will have to tell her that it is aggravating to have her talking to you all the time. And speak to her nicely...think about it. What if the roles were reversed? How would you want a girl to tell you that you are annoying?
