As in the playing card?? Not sure what that looks like, but you may want to check some local thrift stores. I've seen some beautiful gowns in second hand stores before, but not sure about the particular one you are looking for. For $50 though, you may have to expand your tastes a little. It won't be easy to find a particular dress that cheap. Also, try posting an ad In the "wanted" section of your newspaper describing what you are looking for. (including size) Who knows? You may get lucky and find what you need! Or if you know someone who sews, maybe you could work something out with them, like a payment plan, cause it will probably cost $50 just for material. Hope this helps!

I would try ebay, or definitely consignment shops. No one has to know that you got your dress second-hand. Keep in mind that if you find one that you really like but doesn't quite fit right, you can take it to a seamstress for alteration, and that should still cost less than getting an expensive new dress.

The Salvation Army and Goodwill stores might have something of that nature used. That is the only place I can think of where you might find a Prom dress so inexpensively.
