Humans use 3-7% of their brains. This is known fact. I am sure that ifwe could use 100%, we could talk to animals, travel at speed of light, live on Moon, Mars, etc and for sure not to do so many dumb things that we are doing right now.

You might be able to pick out certain sounds, and understanding their meaning, much like we believe we understand a cats purr. But watch the animals eyes, body language, their eating habits.. that can tell you volumes.

Well,I dont think you can learn to talk to animals.But you can comunicate with them using sighn language.Take a dog for instance.When a dog has its tail between its leg,Its scared,When its ears are down and grawling low its being affensive.You can tach your dog new sighnlanguages or any animal.Well,For all i know,We cant talk to animals.But we could comunicate with them.
