DeVry University in Irving or Houston, Texas because it is a hands-on institute in mainly computers and they have all kinds of degrees including Computer Engineering Technology. They will help you get a job when you graduate or when you enter the school and it is recommended by most employers unlike other universities some may or may not have internships.

Also University in Texas in Austin and Arlington have good engineering programs too.

Here are the sites:

Texas A&M. I wish I could tell you the testimonials required and the fellowship aviable. I can tell you My father, and 2 of my brothers are computer engineer's, all went to and graduated from Texas A&M. My dad is now retired, but one of my brothers works here in Ft Worth at a company that builds planes. The other lives and works in Calf at a collage teacheing others how to track hackers, even the FBI have had him teach there top people. Sorry just a very proud sister and great supporter of what Texas A&M stands for. Good Luck.

I'm from Texas and your best bet is the University of Texas in Austin and Arlington.

They have excellent course material, FAR LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER SCHOOLS, and are nationally recognized. They have a great social program there, like awesome football games *ahem USC SUCKS* ahem ahem, lots of fun stuff to do and um, HOTTTTTTTTTTTT girls lol

But also, they accept a lot of foreign exchange students and it's very easy for them to get grants and have portions of their schooling paid for.

Also, you have to remember, large companies like Dell Computers, IBM, LG Electronics, etc, all headquarter themselves in Austin.
