Create / name a folder where you want to store the files.
If you want ALL files,into one folder, click 'edit' - 'select-all'
click 'edit' click move to folder you created.
If you want to select and pick specific files, click on the first file, then hold down Control Key, click all other files you want then release the Control Key. Now click 'edit' and click 'move to folder' a pop-up menu will appear, select the folder you want and double click. All selected files will move to that folder.

Right, this is easy. First, find the folder you want the files to be in, or create it by right-clicking, then going to New > Folder, naming it. And then open it. Open the Recycle bin on a seperate folder, and HOLD LEFT-CLICK in the recycle bin folder and select all of the files. And then HOLD RIGHT-CLICK on the files, and drag the cursor, and let go. Your choice to what to do on the menu that pops up. and then... SORTED!

but why would you want to retrieve ALL the files you've deleted??...
or are you really asking 'Why do I have more than 1 recycle bin showing in Windows Explorer?'.... which would be because you have more than 1 logical drive (ie: C: D: E: etc) and as they're all for seperate drives, you can't 'lump' them all together.
