Way back when, we were discrimintating against women (can't vote, for example), blacks (too many to list), and Jewish people(Nazis). Once we start accepting gays, what else can we discriminate? Aliens?

Fat people. We already do it.

(I love how christians feel free to judge, but once someone points a finger at them, they cry "discrimination.")

- People with disabilities of any sort (mental or physical)
- Foreigners
- Vegetarians
- Religious folk against atheists

first of all, this question is defined via absolutes. i'm a married hetero male, and that i strongly have self belief that homosexuality is obviously desperate, and that it somewhat is systematic discrimination for our u . s . (the USA of a) to restrict gay marriage. i do no longer think of that human beings could tell different human beings the thank you to stay, in that regard. Bigots usually discriminate via many skill, usually combining them to justify their movements and words. concern, confusion, religous ideals, their sensibilities and worldviews shaped as a baby, and only trouble-free disgust could be one or various the various the explanation why human beings practice bigotry. this question appears like your attempting to p.c.. a combat.

Haven't you noticed? Discriminating against Christians is all the rage in this country now.

And smokers. Next will be foods the government deems too fattening.

people are always going to discriminate against other people. Women still receive lower wages than their male counterparts, racial profiling is still alive in the job market, and people will always hate what, in their minds, is different.

Atheists, Christians, fat people, ugly people, pretty people, skinny people, short people, tall people, blonds, redheads, brunettes....oh wait, we already do all of these...I guess we will never all fully accept everyone. There will always be intolerance, unfortunately.

oh i'm sure there will be something to discriminate about, because we as human beings do not feel secure and self-confident so we "pick" on something different to belittle, denegrade and withhold "rights."
