umm it kind of depends on your part of the country but i would say u most likely could find them (Eclipse most likely followed by celica, and the supra) Though because they are new(er) vehicles, they will most likely be ther because of an accident including severe body damage. If you are trying to find one to make into a race car of sorts, finding a supra with a blown/bad engine or that is ther be reasons of mild to moderate fire damage i think would be your best bet. otherwise finding parts shouldn't be extraordinarily hard.

No Chance of finding ANY supra parts in a junkyard.
Celica, maybe.
Eclipse, Probably
But these cars are all new (ish), and in high demand, so don't expect to find any of them where you can find any decent amount of usable parts... Sorry.
