How can I get a paternity test if I have already signed the birth certifacte the chick want even let my son stay the weekend with me because we stay in two different states I have been there all his life from when he came out I was the first to hold him I pay child support there's nothing I want do for him it's really makes me upset and also her friends tell me that's not my baby why did this happen to me

You sound pretty down about this. I think the first thing you could do to help yourself, is talk to a counselor. I think it will help point you in the right direction.

You need to consult an attorney in your state.
If there isn't already, you need to have paternity legally established by decree, and then have a court set child support and visitation. Signing the birth certificate in many, (but not all) states is an acknowledgement of paternity. So, you may be the father even if the child is not biologically yours. Only an attorney in your state can advise you on how the laws work.
If you don't know an attorney, contact your local or state bar association for a referral.
