My dear, there's two different meanings to the both of them.
Being married is about commitment, love and willing to sacrifice for one another going through hardship pain and sufferings not to forget happiness as a couple.
where else making friends of opposite sexes is mostly to know more about each other and who knows might end up as a married couple in the near future. not to forget widen ur arena of friends.
Its not really about believing in marriage but whether u are ready to commit urself. U will understand that one day. Trust me. there will be a day u will find out wat i mean.

I don't believe in marriage. It's an outdated social institution designed to make men powerful and women weak. I also find it bigoted since only heterosexual couples can marry. Either all consenting adults or none should be able to do it.

marriage. I love being married. have been for nine years now. married people are happier, live longer, and are more financially stable compared to single people, just to name a few things.

Friends come and go. I don't feel secure with such an arrangement. I want to have a companion for the rest of my life. I feel I belong.

ive already found the person i want to spend my life with so yes i would like to be married to that same person because i know i could never find anyone like him and he would say the same for me.
