I hate eczema too! Pain in the you know what. Ugh the itching! I tried Maderma for 7 years with hardly any change. I guess it works but didn't do much for me. Maderma is for every kind of scar, so it says? I went to the dermatologist for laser treatments. I don't know why I didn't go 7 years back. I had terrific results and now I can truly say it was the best choice I had ever made. Do your research, get a consultation with a board certified skin doc ask about payment options, how safe laser treatments are? What to expect? Is laser right for you?... Take your time!

Go back to the dermatologist he should give you something for the scars if not have him recommend something over the counter for you.

There are laser treatments that can really help a lot but that costs a lot, there are some ointments that can help reduce them somewhat, but not completely, and it takes a long time to see any improvement..
