I don't know if there is an official 'I like a lot of chocolate on my biscuits' club but I feel you are not alone in wishing there was one.
for the perfect dunking chocolate biscuit I can highly recommend the Tam Tam. They are Australian I believe (hard to find but worth traking down) and although very much like the Club biscuit they have a hole in their centre through which one can suck one's prefered hot beverage. Just suck for a moment and then stick the whole melty delicious thing in your mouth - CHOCOLATE BISCUIT HEAVEN!!!

I beleive there was in th 90's, but that collapsed along with the "Club" biscuit thingy.
