as some of you have ascertained, i'm seeking your assessments of her mental state and/or the judicial process as it applies to her case.

She became very incorrect and benefits to be punished - she might want to be in both prision or psychological corporation for existence. yet what i do not get is why her husband/the daddy became not in any respect prosecuted for something?? in spite of everything, she supposedly had a history of psychological ailment, and he or she were on medicine (which she stopped taking), and had the "infant blues" formerly. He knew the themes and yet did no longer something. he's merely as to blame as she is for the inability of life of those undesirable little ones, leaving them with some psycho. I mean, if I knowingly left my daughter contained in the care of a time-honored homicide, and he or she ended up murdered (god forbid), i'd be up on costs so quick i'd have windburn on my butt. So what became the daddy's duty??

She is sicker than most of us thought, though I suspect her wonderfully caring hubby had a few clues. She's in her own personal hell, one that couldn't be surpassed by anything that we can do to her. She won't even take her meds because then she's lucid and when she's lucid, she realizes what she's done and then she has another psychotic episode. It is sooo sad and her husband, who is in part to blame for the tragedy, is living comfortably with his new wife and denying all blame. Now there's someone who deserves scorn.

Andrea Yates is a really lost soul. She claiming to have lost her mind but now she has the "right" mind to plead insanity? Andrea Yates, what the hell is she?

I think she's a sick person but that if she does get off on insanity charges, she should be stuck in a mental hospital for the rest of her life.

She is nuts, why try to treat her as a criminal, she should be in a hospital not a prison. But in Texas they will probably kill her.
