I've always been a Batman fan, and liked the original movie, but felt they went downhill with each installment (exponentially so after Michael Keaton departed!) Batman Begins almost made the Batman seem plausible as a real hero - so much less cartoon-ey than the others. Anywho - just looking for some other fans!!

Yes! And Chrisitan Bale did a great job! The movie is far more complex and dark (and less cartoony) than the other movies, which is very fitting for the character of Batman.

Batman Begins was my favorite also. Christian Bale makes an awesome Batman... plus the writing was exceptional and the action practically non-stop.

Sorry I'm going to say Batman Returns, because you got the Riddler and Two Face in the same movie. Against that the odds are slim.

After "Batman and Robin" and "Batman Returns", "Batman Begins" was indeed a welcome perspective on the ORIGINAL story; it's a keeper in my library.

Bob Kane was impressed with Tim Burton's "Batman" film; he would've happily raved about "Batman Begins".

It was a good movie, but I prefer Adam West for the Bat Dance.
