i agree with miaRules.lol. insect bites have bothered me my whole life. i get like 30 mosquito bites every summer. what really helped me was some herbal itching cream. it works really well, but smells kinda bad =/. once, i scratched at a bite so much it broke and over the next week, my wrist gradually swelled, so i went to see my doctor and he gave me this ointment, it worked wonders. sowie i forgot wat it was called.... anyways... just try not to think about it... its ok if you scratch it a little but try not to scratch too hard... try counting sheep??

They wont if you stop them from itching. Take your fingernail and press it into your bite twice making an X that comes together in the middle of the bite. It will stop itching almost immediatly

Because our minds are dreaming and our body is in the REAL world. And so we scratch a lot not thinking about it. And it gets worse, the more you scratch the more it itches. And because you're not moving as much as when you're awake so they're not afraid of you squashing them or anything, so they have a chance to bite people without getting killed themselves.
