When it comes to relationships does the heart or mind rule the decisions that are being made by you? Why?

Mind is the voice of experience, but heart is the voice of intuition, and intuition speaks from a higher perspective. So I always follow my heart with a clear mind.
But for intuition to flow through the heart should be open and the mind strong enough to receive what the heart guides us to do.

My opinion is that sometimes the heart rules the happenings, and another time the mind(your reason) will rule the moment.
well, there is no definite moment at which one will rule. you can't trust your heart and neither your mind.LOL.
they are crazy. the same time you are thinking of asking a girl out, your mind prevend you of doing it(reason), 'cause she is such a chipper, on the other hand she is the most beautiful girl all over the town.

But the fact that the person involved are not
outsiders, More responsibility Concern will

both does, but I think your heart rules the decision and your mind makes the decision. Your heart is the thing that you desire and it is who you are. your mind just enables your body to react to your heart, or the thing that you desire.

Depends on when you happen to look! Feelings change moment to moment. You can be extremely attracted to the wrong person for the wrong reasons, expecially if alchohol is envolved. The mind 'should' rule. Feelings change . . .

It depends. I have been in relationships where my heart overruled my mind. I've also been in relationships where my mind overruled my heart. There must be some other motivating factor involved.

Um I would say my mind, now. My heart used to be what I listened to, but once I started burned by that, I realised my brain needed to be listened to more.

it takes both... depends on how much you really want something... if you really want it.. your heart will rule... if you are trying to avoid a heartache your mind will rule... it's healthy to let both sides determine your decision...
