I live in texas, 95+ degrees a day, no rain, full sun. The grass was almost completely brown the day it was laid down, now its about 50% green (after 4 weeks) but has many brown areas. I've been watering for about 2 hours at night or morning (it varies). Am I overwatering, underwatering? Help!!

I would cut down to one watering a day. You need a good fertilizer with lime in it. It wouldn't hurt to get one that also has a weed killer in it. Weeds will try to poke through your bermuda. Don't worry too much if you have some spots die off. Bermuda spreads quickly.

One last thing . . . DO NOT mow bermuda too close. That is the quickest way to kill it.

Good luck!
