Movie was in heavy rotation on HBO a number of years ago. It is not a big name title, nor are the actors big name. Don't know their names either. It is just killing me that I can't remember the name of the movie.

i saw it before too, the surfer dude had a friend and they were almost not friends because of the girl damn cant remember sorry

only 1s i can think of are north shore blue crush both set in hawaii or bug wednesday set in cali
