This is the Out of Africa theory of human origins. According to molecular biologists, all people originated in Africa. Which is a big place. The biological evidence is related to the fact that everyone has more or less the same DNA in the mitochondria of their cells as the people who never left Africa. But there is no indication where any "Eden" was, if it was.

I have heard as this guy said
The cells of which you speak are not cells, but mitochondrial DNA. We all share this DNA and no other primate has a smidgeon of it. The first fossil hominids KNOWN to possess this particular DNA were found in the Great Rift Valley in east Africa. So, if you want, you can consider it Eden.
But I have also saw on the history Chanel that they think they have found the garden of Eden and it is in Iraq. If you go by the Bible it says that God created Adam and placed him in the garden of Eden. Not that he was created in the garden of Eden. So if this is true he could have been created in Africa and placed in the garden of Eden in Iraq.
I personally believe in the ancient astronaut theory that the ancient Sumerian gods the Annunaki were aliens that came to earth and were worshiped as gods. They created man by mixing their DNA with that of an ape woman found in Africa and then placed them in the Garden of EDIN that is recorded in the ancient clay tablets to grow food for them and to serve the gods.

The story of Eden is fiction. Human cells contain the same structures as cells from any other mammal, with only slight variations. Read Dawkins' The Ancestor's Tale for lots more on this.

A while back I was told by my rastafarian brother that Edin or Eden is in Ethiopia. Eden translates to Ethiopia in another language, I can't recall what language that is though.

That is nonsense, both the part about "they" knowing the location for Eden and about persons carrying "cells" of anyplace. You have been reading some garbage that poses at science, and you have been foolish enough to believe it.

Are you wanting to know where Eden is geographically located? Your question is difficult to understand. Some say it originated in Africa. I don't even know how to answer the question on cells. It makes no sense to me.

Do you mean Eden? It's not easy to answer a question when it is asked as badly as this one.
