Come on people, I thought one of the maxims in life was the overlord like prowess of Samurai Jack, his nemesis actually sent him back in time so that he wouldn't have to ever face him in the future, the concept is actually quite scientific, Jack belongs to a different epoch totally hence he wins hands down. Ruroni Kenshin is just a fictional character.

Kenshin Himura (Rurouni Kenshin) would win, especially if he went all Hitokiri Battousai on Jack. Kenshin's got way ore skill and agility then Jack. Plus remember that ALL of Kenshin's enemies are skilled to the point of being nearly instoppable... (even Makoto Shishio...a BURNED guy!!) Jack would hardly stand a chance.

While both would fight with honor and would only battle each other if tricked into doing so, I would have to go with Samurai Jack because after all, he does have the magic sword.
