Put trash can bags - clean ones, of course! ;) - on yourself like clothes. Go for a jog or a run outside or on a treadmill... This technique seems strange, but it does work. Many professional athletes, especially boxers and horse racing jockeys, use it! Good luck. :)

cut salt out of ur diet, don't drink carbonated drinks, drink water. u really can't sweat out water weight. but the more u move around the faster u will lose weight.

My doctor put me on Effexor, I sweat all the time even when its cooler, I drink plenty of water to, been on it 2 weeks & lost 10 pounds.

a) Join a gym and go to their steam room.. as I do
b) Drink 8 glasses of water a day

wear a rubber rain suit in a steam room while riding a stationary bike. also chew gum and spit.
