Name some professions/jobs seemed to be overstaffed.?

I can think of this one. Every time I pass by a car wash place. A bunch of people (like flies) are cleaning one car. Isn't that too much!!!???

Lawyers and certain areas with doctors. Rural doctors are in short supply but other specialities seem to be overstaffed constantly.
