Pardon me but your question sounds stupid. Next time provide more information.
You are saying a certain group we are at war with, but they are in our country. Duh someone let them in and just because you think they are Iraqi or whatever, they could be American born. Just say the group next time.
Then admittedly so, you say you don't know why. That's my point exactly...you don't know why?
You will cause big panic asking questions that you don't have enough information to support. I hate that!
