I love my SUV and I don't think I would ever own a car agian.

I always drove cars up until two years ago. I now drive an SUV and even though I spend more money on gas, it's safer (higher up) and alot more comfortable. I wouldn't go back to driving a car.

I am a car person for both practical and ideological reasons. On the pragmatic side of things cars are generally more economical, have better chassis balance, and are more maneuverable.
On the ideological side of things, the willingness to buy an SUV, even when a person doesn't have a family large enough to substantiate the size of the automobile, smacks of the waste and gluttonous mentality that causes the world to hate the United States for.
I think on an aesthetic note, cars are better because the structure of a car lends itself more to a variety of designs, while an SUV seems to be a bit more confined with regards to overall structure that many end up looking the same.

Right now im a car person but I think when I get older and get a family it will be an suv

I have a car right know put I think I will get a SUV next because my family is getting bigger and the car will not hold everyone.

I have a car right now... but as my family grows I will get an SUV. I told my husband I will not drive a van...so I will get an SUV. :)

Cars all the way
1) SUV's guzzle gas, especially now with gas being expensive
2) Their center of gravity is horrible, so should you crash and flip, you are pretty much screwed
3) If you are wanting to haul stuff, that is why they invented trucks.

When I feel like cruisin (most of the time ) i use a SUV, plus it bigger and looks better when I bump really loud. Any other time it's usually a car.
