My first car was a 84 Ford Tempo. 2 door, silver, with a 5 speed stick. I loved it. Then I rolled it over and totaled it 8 months after I got it. That really sucked.

A 1964 Toyota half-ton pickup with a four-on-the -column transmission that had been put in backward, making shifting interesting. Almost bought the farm in it on Highway 80 just west of Truckee.

well when I got my first car it was almost 20 years ago, so we didn't have all the fancy new cars kids have today.
Mine was a white Chevy citation. Hatch back.
I forgot what year, I think a 1980

77 Granada...faded powder blue with a dirty white, ripped up, vinyl top. I had pins all stuck in the dash for decoration, the dash was a mess, and incense burners glued throughout ;) But it had a sweet stereo and drove like mad til it was stolen and drown in a flood in Arkansas in the 87. RIP
