Does she respect you? Does she make a real effort to spend time with you and listen to your feelings or ideas? Does she do little things to make you feel special?
Then make sure you let her know you really care for her a lot, and ask her if she cares for you? Listen to her answer VERY carefully, and listen, not just to what she says, but to what she doesn't say. YOU want her to be honest, even if she doesn't love you back yet... And you will know how much she cares for you, or could care for you, if she gets to know you carefully, by not just what she says, but how she tells you what she says. Watch body language and facial expression (in other words, its' not as romantic or loving to discuss deep, sincere feelings over a telephone unless this is your only option)

Duuuuuhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! ask her how she feels about u.. r u and her even in a relationship... don't volunteer ur feelings until u ask her...
