..why do the stupid things zoom into my flat and straight into something??
D'oh think I may have just answered my question, they're flying to fast??

They only have 2 eyes which can detect movement but have poor resolution. Anyway I know people who have walked into glass panels.

Flies only have two eyes. Its spiders that have loads of eyes. Flies are always bashing into stuff because they have a brain the size of a pinhead.

Probably the same reason they fly at you when you have a swat it your hand.
They are trying to confuse us, and make themselves seem inferior so we under-estimate them. Its all part of their plan to take over the world.

fly is having a pair of compound eye, which is made up of several eyes.

flies have no depth perception, thats why if you put your hand over them then move said hand slowly down on top of it..it doesnt move.

They have wide angle vision, but their depth perseption is poor.
