Anything by Terry Pratchett. Well funny! Read 'Interesting Times' yesterday and 'The Last Continent' today. Books average 300 - 500 pages.

'A Walk In The Woods' by Bill Bryson. It's the first book I've read that made me laugh out loud. It's hilariously funny, but informative at the same time. It contains the occasional swear word so don't read it if you're easily offended!!

I'm reading 'The Shadow of the Wind' by Carlos Ruiz Zafron - very good. Not a difficult book so you can read it on the way to work (if you get public transport).

"To Rule The Waves, how the British navy shaped the modern world"
Great book! People who read modern fiction may as well watch TV. It's just as much of a waste.
