There are some mostly on the east coast but probably not as many as you might find in Europe.

They are much less common than in England generally, though you'll see them with some frequency in the New England states' towns and cities. There are also a few big ones (usually called "traffic circles" here) down in New Orleans. Some newer residential developments (at least out west where I live now) have started using roundabouts in lieu of 4-way stop-sign intersections, because roundies are believed to move traffic more efficiently (viz., impatient Yanks who barely stopped at stop-signs can now often just whiz into the roundabout).

I live in the USA and we have them. We usually have the larger Traffic Circles, but we also have Roundabouts.

It's not common but I encountered one in SC. Though I can't recall the name of the town.
But no, by and large we don't use roundabouts.

There are some but not very many. It is however becoming more popular with the road designers. I hope it goes away soon...They are just Stupid!

There are a couple that I know of - one is in San Diego, but they are nowhere near as prevalent here as they are in other countries.
