Peace activists are sheep led by wolves in sheep's clothing.

For some stupid reason neo-cons think that all Liberals think that there is never a time for war. That is like saying that all republicans are neo-con, religious right wing nutjobs. Most Liberals realize that there are times when war is the only option. That is why Bush received support from the Democratic Party after 911. When we went to Afghanistan, Democrats enlisted. When we went into Iraq, Democrats began to oppose the war. Now, republicans overwhelming oppose this senseless war that was meant only to secure the oil reserves in Iraq for profit for Bush and his cronies. These people dont give a hoot about our troops. They only give lip service to that. If they did care, they why were the troops sent there without proper armor? Why was it necessary for the gov't to give emergency aid to the military when the contractors have been given EVERYTHING they want and more.

This is a war that CANNOT be won.
The reason that there are no liberal peace activists protesting against Shi'a Muslims? We have enough to do trying to keep poor, black, white, and Latino men and women from enlisting in this bloody war for profit that will be the legacy of the Bush administration. Bring The Troops Home....NOW!!!

No, they are not liars. They just have naive ideology...it's a nice thought-pacifism...but it only gets your butt kicked.

Now, in my personal life-I am a pacifist. I will turn the other cheek. But to dictate national policy on foreign affairs by the principles of pacifism is not in the best interest of the people.

The US' military actions are to fight aggression, not be aggressive. Sometimes that aggression is towards us-but usually it's to stop the aggression towards someone else.

No, peace activists are not liars-they just cling to a philosophy that is unrealistic and defies human nature. And generally-they are just America-haters whether they are American's or not.

By the way...it's Muslim's killing Christians in the Sudan.

The Protesters are out there. Fox News does not cover it.

With only 24 hours in a day you can't report everything.

They are so stupid. In many cases the same war they object to is the only source of employment in parts of America.

You hear about Automobile Factories closing down almost every week; but when did you ever hear about a weapons plant closing.

We leed the world in weapons production. It is good for the economy and good for America.

Next time you see those anti landmine protesters holding up a picture of a child with no legs. Remember those mines are putting food on the table of millions of Americans.

I say it is a good trade 3rd world legs for food on American tables.

Perhaps if you ACTUALLY read a few newspapers and watched world news (other than Fox) you would find peace activists, many of when aren't liberal, all over the world doing exactly the thing you claim they aren't doing.

Ever hear of Amnesty International?

For starters, you're a puppet. And you're the worse kind of puppet, the uninformed follower, the type the propaganda machines depend on.

I think that people dislike those wars also, but often pressure is focused on First world democracies that can be influenced by public opinion. Most of the areas you talked about are dictatorships and can only be influenced by military force.

They are not the puppets of anything.

If anybody wants us to express glee every time a US solider comes home in box the neocraps are sadly mistaken.

The conflicts you described are internal. The US is going to another country and starting a chaotic war.

Is that because you are only focusing on peace activists in YOUR OWN COUNTRY!?!?!?!??!?! who will primarially be concerned with the politics, etc... and campaigning in THEIR OWN COUNTRY?!?!??!?! Stop being so ethno-centric. The would does not revolve around where you live.

Just because you haven't heard about it doesn't mean it doesn't go on. You seem pretty ignorant anyway, so there is a good chance you miss that kind of stuff because you don't want to see it.
