My ex-boyfriend wrote a short story about me, which he said was published. He will not let me see it or give me the title. He teases me about how easy it is to find but I am still out of luck. Any tips on how to go about finding a compilation would be appreciated! Thanks!

Don't play games with him. Tell him you expect half of the royalties.
He can't publish anything with your name on it without a written permission from you for the publisher. If he did, my advice is to see a lawyer. And yet, he may still be trying to hang on to you while he plays the field.

Check all of his personal web sites. Then ask his friends to whom he has certainly shown it. Then withhold sex.
