Well Ive done test after test all negative. Even took a trip to the er and that test was negative. I had my tubes tied 6 years ago and am almost 2 months late. I have ALL the signs and symptoms of being pregnant but everything says im not. The er doctor is sending me for an internal ultrasound today at 3:30 but im just wondering what else besides pregnancy could cause this and could I still be. My cousin had the same problem test after test and a couple of appointments of them telling her she was not and nine months later her son was born. Im sooo very confused!!!

Stress, sudden weight loss, sudden weight gain, exercise, tumors, menopause, and sometimes you just have weird periods. Go see your OB/GYN if you want a real diagnosis.

urine tests are unreliable, blood tests and ultrasounds are best, stress and not eating enough can cause you to miss periods, and cysts or tumors can grow and make you look pregnant, also there is a psychological disorder or condition called hydatiform mole or psuedopregnancy where all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy are there but it is a mole that is present not a fetus and this requires psychiatric care for the pregnancy obsessed patient

actually ultrasound is the best test to confirm a pregnancy. you should see a gyn to check. i believe that gyn is more experienced compared to the ER doctor.

anyway if i'm not wrong, your pregnancy symptoms is referring to your period. stress and dieting can cause that.

You may just ahve gotten pregnant, or you may be going through early menopause. You probably are pregnant, though, there's a 1% chance you could be even though your tubes are tied. Congrats if you are!
