I explained on one of my previous answers you must get him to relax. It is clear he is scared and not relaxed. I have no further advise about this matter. However one last thing to do. Get him lubed up and try it. It may very well hurt him in the beginning. However it may be the only way to really find out. Good Luck guys.

I wouldn't say get him drunk, because then he won't remember it, maybe a drink or two just to relax, start off by rimming him them the fingers then put yourself inside him but start off very slowly inch by inch if you know what I mean. Good Luck!

dude, just take your time!!! if he's too drunk it might hurt him or yourself!!!... he needs to be RELAXED in order to not have so much pain and the pleasure to take over!!!... use the lube as all others have suggested on previous questions and take it slow...
