Israel is governed by an old english law that is abanded by the english after WW2 its called emergency law to govern formal english colonies only.

As we all know in the constitution the right of all citizen will be spelled out . Yet most of the state is ran by an old Zionist organizations like Karen Kayamet which own most of the Land where arabs are not allowed to get any land but jews do

Israel is a theocratic, nationalist socialist, communist state.

If Israel were a "democracy," it would not be a "Jewish state" since "Jews" are the minority in the region.

No, Israel is not a kingdom. They are actually the only Democracy in the Middle East. At least, until Iraq gets their stuff together and can stop all the infighting.

I believe they have a "Knesset" where representative vote on resolutions.
