Get a wax stick in matte clear and fill in the cratches...they will disappear.

Pergo floors are extraordinary difficult to remove scratches on - is it a heavy scratch or a light one - if it's light, you can try to buff it out; the problem with Pergo is that it's faux-wood, not real, more like a heavy duty laminate. The buffing might get it some of it out, but not likely.

It may be possible to have the floors buffed and another coat of finishing applied, and that should not be difficult or expensive.

Usually they can't be removed.
