I was married for the second time in 1998. Only lived with him for 8 months. No children invovled. Divorce was final Jan. 2000. I would like to remove this marriage from my record. Is that possible?

I got married in 01, in Texas, and I wanted to have it annuled, I'm pretty sure the statute of limitations on that is 30 days. As far as removing it from your record I've never even heard of that, but let me know SO I CAN DO IT TOO!! hahahaha

Annulment is only for a marriage that was NOT consumated.
Dont waste further thought on a done deal. Just thank your lucky stars! And PLEASE let your head over rule your heart next go round!

Get in contact with your church and start chasing it down. Chances are you will have to work with your Archdioses office to have it annulled, but it can be done.

Wow, you seem to suck when it comes to marriage? If I were you I would stop getting married and ruining peoples' lives.
