The court may order some of that money to go to all children, IF someone takes him there. If the women don't know about the money he should get to keep it all to himself.

child support is typically paid weekly or bi-weekly according to the court order or your payment schedule from work. The money paid should not change unless there is an arrearage.

If there is an arrearage, you will have to look at the orders that have been entered in your state.

I am not sure, but all of the money would **not** go to the woman with the child support order, unless there is an order or garishment on the 12K.

If the guy gets 12,000,00 dollars the will take some or all of it for child support. The reason why I know this is my ex husband win some moeny on a ticket and they took all of it for his two boys in another state so, I think they can take this guys money evern if he got hurt on the job.

your way of explaining this is kind of confusing but for what i can understand if the man have children with both the woman the kids will get what they suppose to get.. and about the women if he still married to one she gets something too, the other one just her kids get something and this depending on the state they might have to be proven to be his..or depends of did he sign the birth certificate. but the woman who is not married to him she gets nothing. and this depends that probably the women find out about the money and go to court because right now they should only be getting child support... unless the women take the man to court he gets to keep the money to himself.

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question. But it sounds like the man is getting child support for taking care of at least one child. ???
The money that he will receive for being hurt on the job will go to him, regardless of whether he is collecting child support or not. They are two completely different instances. One has nothing to do with the other. He will continue to collect child support, regardless of how much his settlement at work is.

Neither. It goes to him. That's not considered job pay, it's settlement pay. They usually don't garnish that money.
