An "ex" is an "ex" for a reason and should remain that way. There is no problem why you couldn't explore the idea of the girl at work, but be careful. Work relationships are very tricky and can lead to a lot of problems if it doesn't work out. If you go into the new relationship with your eyes open, then there should be no issues. Good luck.

The new girl, for sure. Going back to an ex almost never works. There is a reason that the two of you broke up. She probably just wants you back to keep you away from the new girl, anyway. Don't give her the opportunity to do that to you. Go for new romances, new adventure.

It depends on whether you and your ex broke up on decent terms. Did she dump you or did you dump her? Or was it mutual? if you broke it off then there obviously were some things that still needed to be worked out. If she broke it off with you she may be realizing the error of her ways. As far as the co-worker, not very professional unless of course you work in fast food anything goes there!

think about the reason you broke up. Could you really date someone that did that to you. Keep in mind that people say they change but they usually don't.

Well it all depends on why your ex is your ex. Also, as long as you're up front w/ both you could date both and see which one you're more comfortable with.
