I agree with Michael Moore...
however I would like to add to that list:
Sean Penn - he is a toolbox who just likes to see his name in print
The Fat Baldwin (Alec) - He spends alot of time propigating lies and talking out of his A$$ (does that make him an anal ventriliquist?)
Janeane Garofalo - She didn't protest Clintons wars because it "Was not Hip" can you say hypocrit?
finally - Brad Pitt - I hope the natives roast him over a fire so I never have to see/hear about him again...

Any celebrity that feels that they have the right to force their opinions (political... Dixie Chicks or otherwise... Tom Cruise) on people simply because they have the public stature to be able to speak their minds and do it with impunity. Also, any celebrity that flaunts their fame in the face of common sense and convention; don't these people know that our young citizens are using them as role models (T.O.??? Paris - the whore - Hilton???)
So, I can't pick one or even 4 or 5 for that matter. People in the public eye should be using their status for good, not for self-advancement. That's childish & selfish to the extreme!

Tom Cruise. THE most irritating celebrity of all time. In fact, that should be his proper title. I hate Tom Cruise. He makes me crazy. Some people obsessively like movie stars, but Tom Cruise is one I obsessively hate. He is more irritating than wiping with a sandy cactus that has been rubbed in poison ivy and covered in smoldering napalm.

Gilbert Goofrey(?sp?) The guy has such a squeaky voice.
Paris Hilton (altough maybe a relative) because she puts herself out there like a dumb blonde and has not proved herself worthy of celebrity title
And all celebs that name thier kids wacked out names because it is hard enough for these kids to fit in as is never mind giving them a name that makes them stand out
