First, you need to not jump to conclusions. They might be doing more work than you know. Ask them what their specific job titles are. If you have the same job title and job description, then you need to talk to your human resources department and find out why they're getting paid more than you.

This happens all the time all over the country. Starting wages increase while those already employed have to wait for their yearly reviews.

My last job, my starting wage was only $0.60 lower than my trainer who had been there for 5 years and had double the duties I did.

Sucks!

well, it sucks when people that have done the same job, only crappier, and for less time, get promoted. just be thankful you're not in payroll and don't have access to know their exact salary.

Maybe they are getting paid better because they can spell.......ask your boss.
